3. Design development
Here we go one step further into the details.
Once the concept is validated, we finetune the details, define the works to be done and chose materials, lightings, furniture and plants.
This allows us to generate accurate 3D drawings and renderings so you can be certain the final results will meet your expectations.
The last step is the provision of an accurate cost estimates, as well as step-by-step path to completion and roadmap.
4. Work supervision
Our favorite part! When all our thoughts take shape in the real world!
We follow-up on the work execution and ensure the conformity with the plans and the quality level.
We organize regular common on-site visits and keep you updated with photos and videos every week.
In parallel, we also supervise the production of every loose furniture items and coordinate shipping and delivery.
