After collaborating with the owner, we quickly agreed on a mood board that aimed to create a bright and soothing sanctuary. The villa's standout feature is its stunning pool that opens directly into the living area, complemented by a vast rooftop terrace offering breathtaking sea views.

Designing the Rooftop Oasis.
Our task was to bring organization to this expansive rooftop space, which is as large as the entire ground floor. Here’s how we approached it:
- Segmentation: We defined the purpose of each area through thoughtful furniture placement and decor.
- Outdoor Living: The pergola with the outdoor lounge is oriented towards the sea, creating a perfect spot for relaxation.
- Sunbathing Zone: Sun loungers are strategically placed facing east, ideal for soaking up the morning sun.

The owner’s vision was to keep the entire rooftop accessible to guests, so we ensured it was furnished adequately to feel like an additional living space.

The greatest reward in our profession comes when our clients visit the villa before it’s listed for rental. When they express how they never want to leave because it feels so wonderful and beautiful, it truly warms our hearts.
